By enrolling in the Self-Sourced™ course and/or participating in the Coming Home Community, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Sammi Johnson Pty Ltd.
Confidentiality
All course and community content provided by Sammi Johnson is for your personal educational use only. This includes all written, visual, and verbal material shared within the course, community portal, live calls, and hardcopy resources.
You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, modify, or share any confidential information or materials without prior written consent from Sammi Johnson.
The Coming Home Community is a safe and confidential space. You agree not to disclose, discuss, or share any personal stories or experiences that other members share during calls, events, or within the online portal.

All materials shared within Self-Sourced™ and the Coming Home Community — including but not limited to text, images, videos, graphics, audio clips, logos, tools, and coaching resources — are the exclusive property of Sammi Johnson Pty Ltd and are protected under international copyright laws.
You may share your personal experiences and insights gained through participation; however, you must not reproduce, distribute, sell, or present the course or community materials as your own.
Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials may result in legal action.
No Advertising
The Coming Home Community exists solely for personal growth, connection, and education. It is not a platform for advertising or promoting third-party products, services, or personal offerings.
Unsolicited promotional content will be removed, and members engaging in such activity may be removed from the community without notice or refund.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and information shared within Self-Sourced™ and the Coming Home Community are the intellectual property of Sammi Johnson Pty Ltd.
You agree not to infringe upon or misuse any intellectual property, and you acknowledge that any breach may result in legal action.
Zero Tolerance for Bullying or Disrespect
The Coming Home Community maintains a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, or disrespectful behaviour.
Any member engaging in such conduct will be removed immediately without warning, and no refunds will be issued.
Bullying or disrespect may include, but is not limited to:

Harassment: Persistent or unwelcome behaviour that makes another member feel uncomfortable, threatened, or distressed.

Personal attacks: Criticising someone personally instead of focusing on ideas or contributions.

Discrimination: Any biased or prejudiced treatment based on race, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, or other personal characteristics.

Intimidation: Behaviour intended to frighten, manipulate, or coerce another member.

Exclusion: Intentionally leaving someone out of discussions or activities.

Spreading rumours: Sharing false or harmful information about another member.

Inappropriate comments: Making remarks that are sexually suggestive, racist, or otherwise offensive.

Interruption and dominance: Repeatedly talking over others or monopolising discussions.

Dishonesty: Misrepresenting yourself, your intentions, or providing false information.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership to the Coming Home Community by providing written notice via email to [email protected].
Upon cancellation, your access to all membership content, resources, and community spaces will end immediately. No refunds will be issued for any remaining portion of your membership term.
If you are removed due to a breach of these Terms of Use, no refund will be provided.
Liability
By participating in Self-Sourced™ or the Coming Home Community, you agree to hold Sammi Johnson, Sammi Johnson Pty Ltd, and any associated facilitators harmless from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from your participation.
This includes, but is not limited to, any legal fees, court costs, or related expenses incurred as a result of your actions or use of the information provided.
